Das 3. Spiel von Introversion Software nach Uplink und Darwinia ist die Online Multiplayer Simulation DEFCON! (Einzelspiele sind auch möglich)
Das Spiel ist hochgradig inspiriert von WarGames.

Nun steht endlich das Veröffentlichungsdatum fest! Ende September ist es soweit.
Der Linux Client soll im November kommen.

"Introversion Software, ‘the last of the bedroom programmers’ and creators of the award-winning hit PC game – Darwinia – will be releasing their third title, DEFCON, at the end of September 2006. DEFCON will be retailed on Introversion’s online store at £10 for download, and £12.50 for a download with a boxed copy (sent by post). A fantastic pre-order offer will go live mid-September, running for two weeks, where customers will have the opportunity to buy DEFCON for £10 and receive a complimentary boxed copy of the game. DEFCON will also be offered in a bundle pack with Introversion’s two previous games Uplink and Darwinia for £30."

Das ist natürlich ein guter Grund :O.

ich hab das spiel schon anzocken können.

ich gebe mal meine persönliche meinung dazu ab,
das spiel ist das auf was ich gewartet hab. es ist simpel, fesselnd, und richtig gut gemacht.
für mich die nummer eins was strategiespiele angeht.

Da kann ich nur zustimmen. Sehr gut das Spiel !
Im Multiplayer Ultracool aber auch im Singleplayer genial.

Wie kann ich bei dem Spiel nen singleplayer spiel starten?
neues spiel komm ich ins internet. bei join game auch. xD

Bei "New Game" legst du ein Singleplayer spiel an.

Indie-developer Introversion Software today announced the release of version 1.4 of their hit-title DEFCON, an online multiplayer strategy game, based around the theme of thermonuclear war. Significantly, the new patch provides cross-platform interoperability, enabling Windows users to wage nuclear Armageddon against fellow Mac players. Linux users will also soon be able to join in the fun, with the release of the Linux version due around the end of April.
