Vorgestern erschien die erste, offizielle BETA des neuen Mozilla Browsers Firefox 2.
Nutzer können so schonmal einen kleinen Blick auf die neuen Funktionen erhaschen.
Engültiger erscheinungstermin für die fertige Version soll der Herbst dieses Jahres sein.
Vermutlig wird der Firefox 2 auch in der neuen Ubuntu Version 6.10 "Edgy Eft" enthalten sein die im Oktober kommt.

Vorallem im Detail wurde der Browser verbessert.
Phishing Schutz, leichtes Editieren der Suchmaschinen, verbesserte Tabs uvm. !
